Refund policy

This policy applies to one-time Strata Pro template license purchases made through our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy or equivalent).

In-app subscription billing for the hosted demo (Polar/Stripe) follows your provider's subscription cancellation rules — separate from template licenses.

If Strata Pro does not meet your expectations, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are intended for buyers who have not substantially redistributed the source code or published it as a competing template.

Email support with your order receipt and the email used at checkout. We respond within two business days.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or Lemon Squeezy.

No refunds after 14 days, for chargeback abuse, or when license terms were violated (reselling the template as a boilerplate).

Partial refunds are not offered for unused features — the license is sold as a complete monorepo.
