Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Strata's website, APIs, and dashboard (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
Strata is a full-stack SaaS starter template providing authentication, organizations, billing integrations, and demo modules such as CRM and Finance.
Features marked as sample data or coming soon are provided for demonstration and may change without notice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks the Service or other users.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, trials, and upgrades are processed through your configured billing provider. Prices and plan limits are described on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew according to the provider's rules until canceled. Refund and cancellation policies should be defined here before commercial launch.
Taxes, currency, and invoicing details depend on your billing configuration and customer location.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and template code are owned by the licensor unless otherwise stated in your purchase or license agreement.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Demo modules, mock providers, and placeholder legal text are not production-ready without your review and customization.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
